Just like lifting points, tie-down lashing points and load securing points are configured based on the requirements profile. They then satisfy the rail impact test and meet the requirements for air, sea and rail loading. Depending on the dimensions, all standard container locks and load securing points can be integrated into the deck. Change driving level at the touch of a button

Up to 4 driving levels can be preset at the factory in line with your specifications and selected to suit your operational need. At the same time, the hydraulic system provides features including the activation of traction control, lift axles, ramp operation, stabiliser legs, manual oversteering and tyre pressure monitoring. These features add to the ease of logistics operations and systems safety.

Manual oversteering

Caught in a corner, operating in a tight spot? Or is the tractor unit struggling to generate the necessary steering response when reversing? In that case the co-driver can either use the radio remote control or cable remote control to hydraulically adjust the steering impulse whenever required. As a result, the trailer is able to achieve a minimal turning radius even in confined spaces – without any steering angle impulse from the tractor unit.

Tried-and-tested assistance systems

Crucial sensors and potential malfunctions can be read out quickly and conveniently via the radio remote control. Military-hardened sensor systems and innovative CAN bus technology allows for ease of troubleshooting and help reduce unproductive vehicle downtimes. In addition, systems such as ABS-EBS and RSS discretly support driving safety in the background and prevent critical driving situations that would put the system or payload at risk.

Rigid, hinged or compensating gooseneck

Depending on the number of axles and particular requirements, off-road capability can be increased significantly thanks to hydraulic compensation through the first axles.

Optimal on-road capabilities

The small-wheeled 17.5" DOLL swing arm and the 17.5" DOLL panther double wishbone single suspension axle cater for minimum loading heights and maximum rollover stability as well as significantly extended leeway when travelling under bridges. This complies with road regulations and helps to shorten transport routes and times.
